Junior Plant Controller (m/f)

• Support monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze production costs, material consumption, and manufacturing variances.
• Prepare regular operational reports for plant management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate deviations.
• Support inventory controlling and stock reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve cost efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting.

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting preferred
• Experience in a production environment is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ERP experience and knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work with data and translate findings into business insights.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (level B2 as a minimum).
• Team player with the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
