Junior PR and International Communication Project Manager

At Randstad Professionals, we are looking to hire a Junior International PR and Communication Project Manager to join a major communication consultancy located in Albacete directly. If you are looking for a stable, dynamic project with an international vision, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

In your day-to-day as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Account Management: Maintaining continuous contact with clients, coordinating communication projects, and supporting the preparation of proposals and budgets.
• International PR and Communication: Drafting press releases and press kits, and managing relationships with international influencers and media outlets.
• Document and File Management: Collecting and coordinating the documentation necessary for the justification of international projects and grants.
• Events and Logistics: Organizing trips, agendas, tastings, and the operational coordination of international promotional shipments.
• Reporting and Monitoring: Recording and rigorously monitoring daily activity in the corporate CRM system (ERP Odoo).

What we're looking for

• Residency or established ties in Albacete (100% on-site position).
• English Level C1 / Very High, spoken and written (essential for daily international communication).
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or similar.
• Profile: High organizational capacity, attention to detail, methodical, and with a habit of rigorous reporting in CRM.

Nice to have

• Valuable: Background or experience in companies within the Logistics sector or the Billing / B2B Services sector, as well as familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment, Odoo, and a passion for the wine or gastronomy sector.

What you'll get

• Permanent contract directly with the client company and immediate start.
• Remuneration: €24,000 gross/year + Variable.
• Working Day and Hours: Winter: Full-time. Summer: Intensive morning shift (June to September).
