Junior Presales consultant
Summary
A junior presales consultant who gathers and analyzes client requirements, prepares proposals, RFP/RFI responses and BRDs, and supports product demos and PoCs alongside Sales, Delivery, and Product teams. Core skills: business analysis, stakeholder communication, MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio, and basic SDLC/Agile knowledge.
This is a remote position.
Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Presales to support the team in understanding client requirements, preparing solution proposals, and assisting in product demonstrations. Candidates with experience or exposure toPresales with Business Analysis will be preferred, as the role requires requirement gathering, solution mapping, and effective stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client business requirements.
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering and discovery calls with prospects.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps when required.
- Support product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen solution positioning.
- Assist in estimating project scope, effort, and timelines.
- Maintain sales collateral, case studies, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities along with Presales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of Business Analysis concepts and documentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio/drawing tools.
- Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or project management methodologies.
