On-site Junior Print Engineer installs, maintains, and troubleshoots printers and copiers for customers in Dublin, traveling between sites with a car.

Overview:
Ergo - a Presidio company, are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Print Engineer on a Permanent basis working from Monday to Friday from (9am – 5:30pm) maintaining customer printers. This role would ideally suit someone with previous experience supporting printers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain printers, copiers, and related hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting printers.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal printer performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on printer functions and troubleshooting.
- Manage printer inventory, including ordering supplies and replacement parts.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols during repair and maintenance operations.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Reliable and hard working
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- A full, clean driving licence and access to a car are required, as regular travel between sites/locations is an essential part of the role
