About CEELECT Aviation

CEELECT Aviation Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based supplier of aviation, marine and industrial spare parts. We specialise in sourcing hard-to-find and obsolete parts for customers in the aviation, MRO, marine and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Executive with aviation/MRO procurement experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source aviation spare parts, MRO materials, equipment and consumables from local and international suppliers.
  • Review customer enquiries and identify suitable manufacturers, distributors and suppliers.
  • Issue RFQs and follow up with suppliers for pricing, availability and lead time.
  • Compare quotations and prepare procurement comparison sheets.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead time and commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Source difficult-to-find and obsolete aviation parts worldwide.
  • Check part numbers, specifications, manufacturer details and availability carefully.
  • Obtain and review relevant documentation such as COC, FAA where required.
  • Evaluate supplier reliability and recommend suitable suppliers.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders after the required internal approval.
  • Follow up on order acknowledgement, delivery and shipment.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Resolve purchasing issues including incorrect parts, shortages, delays and documentation discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement, supplier and quotation records.
  • Build and maintain a reliable international aviation/MRO supplier network.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Aviation, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
  • Previous procurement/purchasing experience in aviation, aerospace or MRO is required.
  • Familiarity with aircraft spare parts and aviation part numbers.
  • Understanding of aviation documentation and traceability requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail when checking part numbers and specifications.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to communicate confidently with overseas suppliers.
  • Able to handle multiple RFQs and follow up independently.
  • Responsible, organised, proactive and willing to learn.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 3,500/month, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international aviation procurement and develop expertise in aviation aftermarket sourcing.
