Are You One of Us

Responsibilities:
• Review purchase requisitions and identify sources of supply

• Identify and resolve Purchase Order/Purchase Requisition processing issues

• Select contract/supplier to fill requisitions

• Determine if requested items are available in catalogue and implement predefined action

• Work with buyers, client groups and suppliers to resolve delivery issues and process claims

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and account disbursements

• Maintain Vendor Master records, updates and new vendor setup

• Resolve invoice, damaged goods, returned goods and ship date issues

• Maintain professional interactions with suppliers and client users

• Advise customer of modifications from original requests

Primary Skills / Minimum Qualifications:
• Team player with high motivation, positive attitude and flexibility

• Highly effective communication skills with stakeholders and suppliers

• Fluency in English and French or German (at least B2 level)

• Good presentation skills

• Knowledge of SAP (MM and SD module) is a plus

• Knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes is a plus
