About the opportunity
As a Junior Designer in our Product Design discipline, you will have the opportunity to work across a mix of website, app, and loyalty program work for large enterprise brands. Your primary role is to contribute to our client's design system, using strong Figma skills and good visual craft to bring ideas to life. - Designing across web, app, and customer loyalty experiences
- Turning client problems into clear concepts, prototypes, and testable ideas
- Explaining your design decisions and rationale to the team, with client presentation something you'll grow into
- Working in two week sprints, with larger pieces of work running across four to six week blocks
- Partnering with senior designers to learn how client relationships and business context shape good design
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong Figma skills
- Solid visual craft
- Basic product or UX thinking, the ability to take a problem and think it through, not just execute
- Curiosity and clear communication, including the ability to explain your thinking to others
It would also be great if you had experience in:
- Working with or contributing to design systems
- Prototyping
- Exposure to user research, even if you haven't run studies yourself
About You
- You're curious, and you genuinely want to understand how people use the things you design
- You have a strong eye for detail
- You lead with empathy, for users and for the people you work with
- You're resilient when projects move fast or plans change
- You can present your work and thinking with confidence
- You show up consistently and bring enthusiasm to learning something new
- You respect process, while still being ready to ask questions and contribute ideas
- You're comfortable working closely with a team, even when you're still building your experience
