About the Role

You will work closely with Product and Development teams to design scalable systems and high-quality user experiences for complex platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a modular Design System that supports product scalability and ensures consistency and development efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end design processes, including research, UX flows, and high-precision, innovative UI tailored to user needs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Project teams to align on goals and deliver polished, functional experiences.
- Integrate into existing workflows while identifying gaps and driving improvements in tools, methodology, and design quality.
- Design new features and refine existing interfaces based on user insights, industry trends, and business objectives.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Design.
- Proven experience designing complex systems and platform-level UX.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem solving, and execution.
- High proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Experience working with visual AI tools and AI-driven interfaces.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with design system architecture.
- Experience designing animations, transitions, and micro-interactions as part of product UI.
