Your future tasks and duties:

  • Being responsible for creating useful and eye-pleasing designs including landing pages, web/desktop applications
  • Using AI to create interactive prototypes that bring the concept to life
  • Mapping out user flows based on client requirements
  • Working with existing Design Systems with a buddy’s help
  • Attending meetings with the client where we set all of the requirements
  • Participating in in-house meetings where the Product Designer, Developers and Product Owners create requirements for the application
  • Presenting your ideas to the team and client, incorporating feedback from your Mentor/Buddy/Leader and Product Owner
  • Supporting internal projects and company initiatives, which sometimes involves creating presentations or other marketing assets

About you - Tech skills & Experience:

  • A strong portfolio with at least one UI desktop project (private or commercial), showing how you use AI in your design process (self-initiated projects are a big plus)
  • 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of UX rules
  • Knowledge of the Figma environment
  • Knowledge of AI tools (Claude, or similar) used in the design process
  • Able to create basic style guide with UI elements (with a buddy/mentor/leader’s help)
  • Understanding a target user, evaluating current products from a UX perspective, participating in design workshops
  • Willing to do research before or after meeting when necessary
  • Able to design landing pages and parts of the application based on the received specifications
  • Able to work with already existing design assets (especially: style guide, UI kit)
  • Capable of preparing Responsive Web Designs
  • AI-curious and eager to grow those skills (including vibecoding with a buddy), with hands-on experience in design projects

About you - Soft Skills:

  • Excellent command of Polish (C1) and English (C1) is required
  • Knowledge hungry - with eagerness to learn and take on challenges
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Problem solving way of thinking
  • Solid communication skills and not being afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Open-minded to new ideas and perspectives
