As a Junior Product Development Specialist, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów, Poland. Together, we work on developing cutting-edge self-service payment solutions and implementing innovative financing models that transform how customers interact with payment technology.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Take responsibility for the development of self-service terminal solutions, including implementation of new functionalities, improvements, and financing models
- Manage end-to-end product development projects with full ownership of outcomes
- Collaborate with external partners such as device manufacturers, financial institutions, and software providers
- Develop product offerings based on customer needs and market trends
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (IT, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and others)
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare presentation materials and support the training of sales teams
- Apply a customer-centric approach and contribute to improving product profitability
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience (preferably in product development, analytics, payments, or fintech)
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and strong organizational skills
- High level of ownership, initiative, and commitment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw business conclusions
- Communicative level of English (minimum B1)
- Openness to continuous learning and readiness to work in a dynamic, project-based environment
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with self-service technologies or payment terminals
- Background in financial services or payment processing
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management methodologies
- Experience working with external vendors and partner management
- Track record of challenging the status quo and driving innovation
