ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Excellent at PRD creation and scoping

• Has a lot of experience with APIs and integration (reading documentation, basic architecture)

• Knows how to do UAT and testing (can write test cases)

• Able to plan product strategy and roadmaps

• Has a good understanding of UX and customer insights

• Has experience working with data insights

• Can manage and work with business stakeholders AND development teams

• Has experience shipping several products and features

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 1-2 years experience in product development/management/project management

• Self-starter, can work with minimum supervision, and is comfortable working in a startup environment

• Able to communicate effectively with other departments and offshore teams

• Familiar with agile development

• Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills

• Ability to drive work to completion with designers & engineers

• Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs and other technology stacks in building products

• Knowledge and practice in using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Clickup (CU preferred)

• Experience in startup work environment is preferred
