(Junior) Product Manager for Lending

Location: Frankfurt, on-site.
Full time, permanent.

The tasks include:

• You develop and are responsible for product and process solutions in the area of loans and collections.
  
• You analyze data, KPIs and user behavior and derive concrete product and process decisions from them.
  
• You identify optimization potential along the entire customer journey and implement it in a structured manner.
  
• You will create technical concepts and user stories and support their implementation in close collaboration with specialist departments, IT, external partners and management.
  
• You will be responsible for the entire end-to-end process, from the user interface to the back-office processing procedures.
  
• You work closely with interdisciplinary teams, bringing together business, data and tech perspectives, and continuously developing products, processes and systems – including the use of AI potential.
  

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on economics or IT (e.g., economics, business administration, computer science, business informatics)
  
• You think in a data-driven, analytical way and approach tasks in a logically structured manner.
  
• You have a strong affinity for process optimization, automation, and product development, including the use of AI.
  
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or a comparable field.
  
• You are comfortable working with data, KPIs, and analytical tools; knowledge of Excel, BI tools, or SQL is a plus.
  
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
