Own and drive product success end-to-end
Lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation and definition to successful market launch and beyond
Define product vision, translate it into clear value propositions and specifications, and guide R&D with strong prioritization
Ensure on-time delivery of products that meet both customer needs and business objectives
Shape our future portfolio
Maintain and continuously evolve the product roadmap with a strong focus on growth opportunities
Identify and evaluate new market trends, build compelling business cases, and guide investment decisions
Manage the portfolio strategically, including product positioning, lifecycle optimization, and discontinuation decisions
Win in the market
Develop strong value propositions, clear use cases, and competitive pricing strategies
Collaborate closely with marketing to launch products effectively to customers
Stay ahead of the competition through continuous market and competitor analysis
Cross-Functional Leadership
Be at the heart of the NXP organization, working across engineering, marketing, system architecture, and Customer Application Support teams.
We’re seeking a motivated and curious individual who’s ready to dive into the world of high tech product management.
You should be:
📚 Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, or Marketing — ideally with a cross-disciplinary interest
💼 Experienced through internships or working student roles
💻 Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
🌍 A strong communicator with intercultural awareness and a proactive mindset
🗣️ Fluent in English
🤓 A self-starter who enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team
🔍 Naturally curious and eager to take initiative
