About the Role
Duplo is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support product delivery, manage agile processes, and oversee internal back-office platforms used across teams including Support, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Translate product priorities into clear tickets, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Track sprint progress, blockers, delivery risks, and timelines
- Own the roadmap and backlog for internal tools such as Duplo Admin and Metabase
- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders
- Maintain agile tools, reporting processes, and delivery dashboards
- Coordinate between Engineering and Product teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support the alignment of internal tooling with Duplo's broader product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar product/delivery role
- Experience in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum/Kanban
- Experience running standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Experience with internal/back-office tools such as admin dashboards and analytics platforms
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to write clear product tickets, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Proactive and process-oriented mindset
