- Knowledge of the Finnish market or Nordic business environment
- Exposure to analytics platforms and metrics interpretation
- Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools
- Foundational knowledge of product management principles and practices
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives
- Detail-oriented approach to requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and software development processes
