- Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Junior Program/Project Manager to support U.S. Third-Party and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities.
- The Junior Program/Project Manager will support the development and execution of FMS initiatives, including program documentation, customer coordination, stakeholder engagement, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
- This position will support PEO IWS 11 and its U.S. Government FMS objectives in Arlington, VA.
- Support the development and implementation of U.S. Third-Party and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) initiatives.
- Draft, review, and coordinate required U.S. Government documentation supporting Third-Party and FMS activities.
- Prepare for and participate in Third-Party and FMS-related meetings and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with FMS customers.
- Interface with relevant government, international, and industry stakeholders necessary to execute U.S. Government FMS objectives.
- Assist with tracking and resolving PEO IWS 11 Third-Party and FMS actions, issues, and program requirements.
- Support coordination of program schedules, action items, deliverables, and customer requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of briefings, status updates, meeting materials, and other program documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support successful program execution.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Must have experience supporting program or project management activities.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to effectively coordinate with government, industry, and customer stakeholders.
- Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple actions, priorities, and deliverables.
- Previous experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Third-Party Sales, preferred.
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy, Department of Defense (DoD), or other U.S. Government programs, preferred.
- Familiarity with PEO IWS programs and organizations, preferred.
- Experience supporting Program Management Reviews (PMRs) or similar customer-facing program meetings, preferred.
- Knowledge of FMS processes, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, preferred.
- Must have an active Secret Security Clearance and the ability to maintain it.
- Must meet applicable facility and base access requirements.
- Minimal travel, less than 10%.
- If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. (More information regarding REAL ID can be found: )
