Junior Project Coordinator

Summary

The Junior Project Coordinator supports multidisciplinary engineering projects by assisting with planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and maintaining documentation. The role requires an engineering degree and 1-3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction.

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support the coordination and monitoring of multidisciplinary engineering projects and assist the design management and project management teams.

This position is suitable for an engineering professional with 1–3 years of experience who is interested in developing their project coordination and project management capabilities within residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Experience with high-rise buildings is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Assist design management and project management teams with project coordination activities.
  • Support project planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on assigned activities.
  • Assist with project reporting and communication.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow up on relevant action items.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain project-related information and documentation.
  • Support the project team with day-to-day coordination activities.
  • Assist in ensuring effective communication between project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager is preferred.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • High-rise building experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
  • Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Good reporting and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Good English proficiency.
  • Engineering background is mandatory.

PMP or a similar professional qualification is considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.
