Junior Project Engineer

Job Description

The position is responsible for monitoring the status of circuit activation projects, providing updates to concerned departments and customers, and ensuring proper documentation. It also involves preparing technical studies and circuit designs for customer network provisioning, recommending technical solutions, and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient project implementation and service delivery. The role includes monitoring the availability of customer premise equipment and required materials, maintaining an accurate database of circuits, and supporting network design, performance, operation, and maintenance activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare technical studies and circuit designs for customer network provisioning and consolidate related project costs.

2. Provide technical advice and recommendations to the sales department and customers regarding network design, performance, operation, and maintenance.

3. Develop project plans and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure efficient project implementation and service delivery.

4. Monitor circuit activation project status, provide regular updates, and maintain accurate documentation.

5. Monitor the availability of customer premise equipment and materials required for service delivery.

6. Maintain and safeguard the database of circuits.

7. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Education

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.

• Preferred: Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE).

2. Experience

- Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are welcome.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Computer literacy and proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and ideas.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Ability to interact professionally with customers, supervisors, subordinates, and colleagues.

• Willingness and readiness to work on shifting schedules or overtime when required.
