Junior Project Manager

Salary: $20,000 – $25,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Administration & Preparation : Collaborate with the admin team on installation processes. Review presales technical designs and ensure the customer site is ready (e.g., power, cooling, space) before equipment arrives.

• Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact. Arrange installation schedules, explain technical requirements, and advocate for customer needs to client's internal teams.

• Resource Scheduling: Align deployment timelines with customer availability. Dispatch onsite engineers for physical setup and coordinate with remote teams for system configuration.

• Quality & Closure: Verify the installed infrastructure meets the original design and manage the final project sign-off (Acceptance Certificates) with the customer.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Solid understanding of corporate IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) and hardware deployment processes.

• Background in IT project coordination, administration, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and clients.

• Strong team spirit with the ability to collaborate smoothly with internal departments and external partners.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
