Junior Project Manager - Construction Project
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Barcelona, Spain. In this entry-level position, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects while developing your project management expertise.
You will work closely with Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in project management while gaining hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment.
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
- Support the coordination of project activities and ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines
- Monitor project progress and track key metrics to identify potential delays or issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and senior management
- Help identify and analyze project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution
- Support the onboarding of new team members and provide project-related guidance as needed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve project challenges and implement solutions
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Degree in Construction, Project Management or similar function.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
