Junior Project Manager

Rate: 60 PLN/h

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our project initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate basic project management experience along with superb communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tasks, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

The Junior Project Manager will oversee project tasks and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Plan, manage, and deploy project tasks.

• Mitigate risks and follow-up on assigned tasks.

• Verify and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Participate in project meetings.

• Engage in proactive and complex stakeholder management based on project needs.

Key Requirements:

• Basic experience in running projects (1-3 years).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Polish (B2/C1).

• Ability to build and maintain good business relationships.

• Focus on achieving goals and finding solutions at all organizational levels.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic organization.

• Experience with Jira or ServiceNow.

Nice to Have:

• Background in migration projects.
