Junior Project Manager

For our Project Management department, we are looking for a person who wants to develop professionally in the design and execution of ICP's different projects/operations.

What you'll do

• Design and develop Logistics and Operations projects.
• Manage the resources of projects and operations.
• Analyze and design the computer systems for project management.
• Lead the different work teams.
• Participate in the hiring, training, and motivation of operations personnel.
• Develop and plan projects. Manage times, risks, and objectives.
• Manage, implement, and automate different projects.
• Design and manage the advanced analysis of operations data (Data Analytics). Apply improvements in activity monitoring.
• Perform cost analysis and the economic feasibility of projects, using advanced economic management tools.
• Manage client contact, providing the required information and collaborating in the correct management of operations.

What we're looking for

• Responsible and committed person, with a desire to learn and train.
• You must develop negotiation skills, as well as be communicative, flexible, systematic, and very organized.
• We are looking for a person with solid technical competencies. The project manager must be able to use the Microsoft Office suite programs at a high level, especially Excel, as well as handle large amounts of data (Data Analytics) once the initial training at ICP has been completed.
• Interest in learning and knowing a cutting-edge and clearly evolving sector such as logistics.
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in operations and/or project management.

Education & certifications

• University Graduate: Engineering, ADE (Business Administration), Mathematics, Economics, or similar.

Languages

• Medium-high level of English (B2-C1).
