Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their project management career who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth in a dynamic environment.
You will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation (plans, timelines, reports)
Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress
Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders regarding project status
Help identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when needed
Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Support process improvements and adoption of project management best practices

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related role
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
At least Upper Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have
Experience working with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar
Certification or coursework in project management (PMP, CAPM, Scrum fundamentals, etc.)
Experience in tech, digital products, or startups
