What you’ll do
- Manage client projects from the first request to delivery, working closely with the Sales Manager.
- Turn client requirements into clear briefs for the development and production teams, so everyone knows what to make, to what standard and by when.
- Set goals, scope and deadlines for each project. On larger projects, work with the senior Project Manager on costing, procurement and development.
- Once a project is approved, open the work order and brief the team on design, samples or the production run.
- Track every stage, from sample-making to series production, and raise delays or risks early.
- Plan your week around active projects and agree on priorities with your manager.
- Help the Sales Manager prepare for client meetings in Serbia and abroad.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences when needed.
- Suggest and put in place improvements to how sales and marketing projects are run.
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle several projects at once
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent English, spoken and written (German is an advantage)
- Good MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for fairs and client meetings
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating projects in production, manufacturing, retail or marketing
- Familiarity with project tracking tools
