Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager to support project execution for a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Singapore, coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
- Track and monitor project deliverables to maintain progress visibility
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and customer stakeholders to facilitate communication and issue resolution
- Monitor project timelines and take action to ensure on-time execution
- Prepare detailed project status reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Identify potential project risks or issues and escalate them promptly to relevant parties
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong communication skills demonstrated by clear spoken and written English for effective stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders to support project objectives
- Self-motivation and organizational skills to independently manage tasks and learn continuously
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management supporting project delivery
- Immediate availability to join the project team
