JUNIOR PROJECT PROCUREMENT & QS COORDINATOR

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a careful, practical and organised Junior Project Procurement & QS Coordinator to support our Operations team.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn how projects move from drawings and costing to procurement, fabrication, delivery and installation.

You will start by supporting quantity take-offs, costing and supplier coordination, and gradually take on more procurement and project coordination responsibilities as you gain experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drawing, Quantity & Costing

  • Assist with quantity take-offs, material schedules and basic costing.
  • Compare supplier quotations against drawings, specifications and quantities.
  • Support quotation revisions and costing documentation.
  • Highlight discrepancies or missing information for clarification.

Procurement & Supplier Coordination

  • Assist with purchase order preparation and supplier follow-ups.
  • Track order confirmation, production and delivery status.
  • Coordinate material requirements with the Operations and Production teams.
  • Update procurement trackers and flag delays or issues early.

Project Coordination

  • Maintain organised records of drawings, quotations, orders and approvals.
  • Follow up on outstanding information with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Support project coordination meetings and action tracking when required.
  • Assist in ensuring materials are ready for fabrication, delivery and installation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field. Degree holders are welcome.
  • Relevant disciplines include Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Building Services, Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Comfortable reading simple technical drawings and working with measurements and quantities.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Able to follow through on tasks and raise issues early when something is unclear.

Training and guidance will be provided as you develop in the role.
