I am looking for experienced specialists for an Junior Project Specialist position for our client in the logistics industry.

Main tasks:

• Responsibility to plan, manage, deploy, mitigate risks and follow-up on assigned task, verification and control of KPIs, participation in meetings,

• Complex, proactive and solution-driven professional stakeholder management as per need and project situation in various governance set-ups,

• working on the migration projects in JIRA.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in running projects,

• Excellent communication skills,

• Fluency in English,

• Ability to build and maintain good business relationships,

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic organization.

• Focus on pursuing a goal and looking for solutions at all organizational levels,

• Openness to a hybrid work arrangement based in Warsaw (2 days a week in the office)
