Your Responsibilities\:
Precision in Process\: Manage and process purchase requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.
SAP Expertise\: Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM), ensuring smooth workflow to the final purchase order.
Procurement Verification\: Assess procurement needs, delivery performance, and determine commissioning requirements.
Stakeholder Communication\: Engage with stakeholders via email and telephone to ensure seamless operations.
Order Coordination\: Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) during escalations or deviations, actively track orders, and ensure swift cycle times.
Guideline Development\: Support the creation of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.
Continuous Improvement\: Drive process improvements (CIP) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
