Junior Purchaser
Your daily tasks
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. Your main responsibilities will be:
Stock availability management: Ensure the availability of equipment stock in the designated portfolio to fully meet planned needs.
Flow management: Handle daily supplies while following internal rules and mastering the features of our ERP system.
Purchase cycle tracking: Take care of processing purchase orders, from entry to invoicing, ensuring thorough follow-up and necessary reminders with suppliers.
Quality & Dispute handling: Address non-conformities (delays, delivery errors), propose suitable corrective actions, and implement them.
Continuous improvement: Be proactive in optimizing our processes and suggest actions to improve our stock management. The ideal profile
You are pursuing higher education (Bachelor's to Master's level) with a specialization in Purchasing, Logistics, or Supply Chain, and you are looking for a work-study opportunity starting in September.
Your strengths:
Technical skills: You are comfortable with computer tools. A first experience with an ERP (Open Prod) and good command of Excel are real pluses.
Soft skills: You are organized, precise, and have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate daily with our suppliers and internal teams.
Initiative: Curious and responsive, you enjoy solving problems and suggesting improvements.
