Junior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Write clean efficient and well-documented code in Python
• Collaborate with team members to design develop and implement software solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development
• Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the Python community

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in coding with Python
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Knowledge of software development principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Knowledge of database management systems eg MySQL PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with version control systems eg Git
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
