Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute manual test cases for Web/Desktop/Mobile/API applications.

- Automation experience for Web/Desktop/API/Mobile applications.

- Perform functional, regression, and sanity testing.

- Log and track defects using bug tracking tools.

- Validate UI, database, and API responses.

- Prepare and maintain test case documents.

- Coordinate with developers and senior QA members for issue verification.

- Support release validation and smoke testing activities.

Must Have Skills:

- Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Knowledge of manual testing concepts.

- Basic SQL/database query knowledge.

- Understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman.

- Good analytical and communication skills.

- Any automation framework (Preferably Playwright), Selenium.

- Knowledge of JAVA/ Python / JAVA script.

- Operating system - Linux.

- Knowledge of Jira/GitLab/ or any other ticketing tool.

Good to have Skills:

- Exposure to API Automation testing.

- Mobile testing.

- Desktop based application automation.

- CI/CD integration.

- Experience in video analytics/CCTV/NVR-based applications.
