Junior Quality Engineer — Certifications & Continuous Improvement

Cleaf, a leader in panel production located in Monza, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support their Quality Department. The ideal candidate will manage product compliance, customer complaints, and laboratory testing, ensuring excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

With a degree in Engineering or Science and 2-5 years' experience, you'll engage in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across departments. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sustainability topics are essential. The role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, structured framework.

Support product certification processes. Manage customer complaints and improvement actions. Ensure compliance with technical regulations. 2–5 years of experience in a Quality Department in a technical role. Experience outside the wood industry is appreciated.
