Junior Quality Technician

About the role

From the Crit Sabadell office, we are selecting a Quality Assistant to provide support to the Quality Department in document management, the control and monitoring of Quality Management System records, ensuring the updating of documentation, information traceability, and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Collaborate with the Quality Manager in the execution of daily tasks, progressively assuming administrative and support functions related to audits, incident management, supplier approval, and the monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.

What you'll do

• Keep QMS (Quality Management System) documentation updated.

• Preparation and sending of samples to external laboratories (migrations, microbiology, etc.).

• Review and filing of certificates of analysis, sample management.

• Creation and documentary control of technical data sheets, declarations of conformity, and quality records, for both customers and suppliers.

• Participation in environmental and surface microbiological control (Petri dishes and swabs).

• Support in HACCP, non-conformities, and CAPA.

• Customer service.

• Assistance in the documentary preparation for audits (BRCGS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485).

What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training in Analytical Laboratory and Quality Control, Processes and Quality in the Food Industry, Industrial Chemistry, or Administration and Finance.

We value complementary training in quality management systems (ISO 9001, BRCGS, HACCP/HARA).

Fluent Spanish / Catalan

User level OFFICE package Digitization: mail, web

Conditions

Direct contract by company Salary 20-22k. Junior profile.
