Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Quantity Surveyor (QS) in checking, compiling, and verifying delivery orders (DOs) and supporting documents.

• Ensure all delivery orders and supporting documents are properly recorded, organized, and maintained for easy reference.

• Follow up with subcontractors on missing delivery orders, incomplete documentation, and discrepancies in submitted progress claims.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of delivery orders, progress claims, and other QS-related records.

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding delivery orders, progress claims, and supporting documents.

• Provide general administrative support to the Quantity Surveying Department and assist with its daily operations.

• Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.

• Fresh graduates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
