Junior Real Estate Lawyer / Newly Called Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential, commercial, and industrial conveyancing matters.
• Opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate matters, including development work and collective sales.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents.
• Conduct legal searches, due diligence, and completion work.
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers, agents, and authorities.
• Manage conveyancing files from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Called to the Singapore Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor.
• Freshly called lawyer or lawyer with 0-2 years' PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
• Real estate / conveyancing experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and genuinely interested in property law.
