What are we looking for?


The successful applicant will assume responsibility for recruiting, testing, managing and improving the talents pool for all allocated languages.


The successful candidate will assist in recruitment efforts at a global level and will be responsible for the full life-cycle selection process:

- recruit,

- screen,

- test talents according to the needs of the business

- rate negotiations

- contracts

- keep records updated

- and related tasks.


This position is a tempoeary offer (1 year ) but with possibility of permanent extension.

Some day-to-day tasks:

  • Proactively source, assess, interview and hire qualified candidates
  • Maintain talents pool database (contact information, availability, areas of expertise, rate negotiation, rate mappings, override requests, etc.)
  • Ensure all associated documentation is kept secured and up to date
  • Provide support to allocate talents best qualified for the nature of each project and within the allocated budget
  • Quickly react to the shift in priorities and design around those effective and scalable recruiting strategies
  • Implement creative recruiting strategies to create a qualified and diverse candidate pool
  • Assess talents with respect to overall LocalEyes business strategy
  • Serve as an expert for selecting and testing talents at global level
  • Post jobs, network and source across multiple channels
  • Prepare contracts
  • Creating various reports and documents to provide current searches/hirings/openings information
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources, tools and techniques to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Manage candidates and talents activity through databases and ATS
  • Take proactive measures to flag any issue before or during the entire recruitment process
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
