Junior Recruiter

Junior Recruiter position in Riverside, California.

We are hiring for a full-time recruiter position in our Riverside office. This is a permanent position with an extensive salary and benefits package. We are a small, growing company and are constantly trying to improve our process and deliverable.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure client satisfaction in every phase of recruiting.
• Present the very best candidates that fit our client's needs.
• Post jobs, email, searching for and qualifying candidates, and making prescreening calls.
• Understanding of job requirements. Also, have the ability to thrive in a growing, quickly changing, fast-paced working environment.

Requirements:

• Local
• Stable work history.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting.
• Software knowledge in Microsoft Office, among other CRM preferred.
