Junior Recruiter

The Label Your Data team is growing, and we have a new opening for a Junior Recruiter. You’ll help us build strong teams for our data annotation projects and other roles across the company. You’ll be at the heart of our vibrant team and directly impact the company’s scale.

What you will do:

• Recruit data annotators for our projects, as well as candidates for other positions within the team;
• Post vacancies and manage job ads on job boards and other channels;
• Source and reach out to candidates, and build a talent pool for future opportunities;
• Screen candidates, run interviews and review test task results;
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep communication timely throughout the hiring process;
• Coordinate onboarding of new team members together with project teams;
• Track hiring metrics and suggest ways to improve the process;
• Make sure every candidate leaves with a great impression of us, whether hired or not;
• Be an ambassador of Label Your Data and promote our company’s brand and values.
  

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian (C1+);
• At least 0.5–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting;
• Ability to work with several open positions and projects at once;
• Experience recruiting through job websites, sourcing skills;
• Good time management and the ability to work with deadlines;
• An eye for detail and high work-quality standards;
• Desire to grow in IT & AI;
• An open, easy-going personality.
  

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience in IT or service company;
• Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus;
• Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems;
• Loving people and new technologies 😊
