As a Junior Recruiter, you will connect talented people with opportunities across the resort, balancing a steady flow of staffing needs with thoughtful candidate engagement, proactive sourcing, and responsive partnership with department leaders. What You Will Create

  • Strong talent pipelines by proactively sourcing qualified candidates through the applicant tracking system, recruiting platforms, social media, career fairs, community events, and other channels
  • Staffing solutions that respond to the pace of the resort as you partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, anticipate demand, and move qualified candidates through the recruitment process
  • Candidate experiences that make Nemacolin stand out through responsive communication, thoughtful interviews, polished follow-through, and a clear understanding of the opportunities available
  • Enthusiasm for Nemacolin as an employer of choice, as you represent the resort at career fairs, recruitment events, community engagements, and other talent-focused opportunities
  • Greater access to talent through relationships developed across Pennsylvania and other markets, including connections with interns, externs, apprentices, and emerging hospitality professionals
  • A strong beginning for new associates as you coordinate offers, preemployment requirements, orientation scheduling, and onboarding while maintaining meaningful communication through the first 90 days
  • Opportunities for internal talent as you support associate transfers and promotions that connect high-potential team members with pathways for continued growth
  • Recruitment operations that move with precision as you maintain accurate records, coordinate meetings, prepare communications, and advance multiple priorities through completion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, or a related capacity, with hospitality recruiting experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of employment practices, behavioral interviewing techniques, and effective phone and in-person interviewing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume activity, multiple priorities, and competing staffing requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to travel multiple times per year for in-state and out-of-state recruitment events and career fairs
  • Ability to type approximately 45 to 65 words per minute, perform basic mathematical functions, and operate required office equipment and technology effectively
