About the Role
Whipsmart Services Provider Limited is looking for a proactive, organized Junior Recruiter to join their in-house recruitment team sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and deploying domestic staff, while maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and communication with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified domestic staff for client placements
- Screen applications and conduct interviews
- Assess candidates' suitability for available roles
- Coordinate deployment of successful candidates to clients
- Conduct onboarding and basic orientation/training for new staff
- Prepare, organize, and maintain recruitment documentation and employee records
- Follow up with deployed staff and clients to ensure successful placements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports
- Maintain and update the recruitment database
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
- Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 1–2 years' experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills
- Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas, or be willing to commute daily
