Responsibilities

• Sort through candidate profiles and lead interview conversations with applicants from a mix of global locations
• Help build up EPAM's employer brand while supporting the identification of high-quality candidates
• Handle everyday administrative duties linked to internal tools, systems, and documentation
• Team up productively with a varied group of colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements

• Dependable English proficiency, B2 level as a baseline
• At least one year spent working professionally, whether through administrative, sales, or research-oriented functions
• Comfortable using MS Office tools
• Strong communication skills paired with a natural talent for connecting with others
• Keen analytical skills applied to making thoughtful, informed decisions
• Openness to change and flexibility when circumstances shift
