Junior Recruitment Sourcer / Researcher

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Sourcer / Researcher to join our Recruitment team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or develop a career in Recruitment, gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, and grow into a Recruiter role over time.

What you'll do:
Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels;
Review CVs and assess candidate profiles;
Communicate with potential candidates and present open positions;
Keep candidate information up to date in the ATS;
Work closely with Recruiters and learn from the team;
Gradually take ownership of selected Junior-level vacancies.

What we're looking for:
Interest in Recruitment and candidate sourcing;
Basic understanding of LinkedIn and job boards;
Confident use of Google Sheets;
English sufficient for communication with candidates;
Attention to detail and ability to work with a large amount of information;
Proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Nice to have:
Previous experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, or Research;
Experience working with ATS systems;
Experience or interest in iGaming.
