Junior Retention Manager

We are looking for a Junior Retention Manager to support CRM campaigns, player engagement, and retention activities within an iGaming project.
This role is suitable for a junior specialist with basic hands-on CRM experience who wants to grow in iGaming retention.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and launch of CRM campaigns.
Work with email, SMS, push notifications, and automated player communication.
Support player segmentation and reactivation activities.
Configure campaigns and customer journeys in CRM platforms.
Monitor campaign results, conversions, and player engagement.
Support A/B testing and retention reporting.
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams.
Requirements:
Initial practical experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
Basic understanding of the online casino player lifecycle.
Experience with CRM platforms; GR8 Tech is a strong advantage.
Understanding of segmentation, triggers, and automated campaigns.
Basic analytical and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
