Responsibilities
- Risk Framework Support: Help maintain the Group’s risk registers and assist in risk assessments, ensuring everyday risk activities are aligned with company objectives.
- Vendor Risk: Support the management of third-party vendor risks by helping with due diligence checks, tracking vendor compliance, and keeping records updated.
- Audit Collaboration: Assist in coordinating with internal business units and external audit partners. Help gather information and follow up on audit recommendations, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
- Risk Reporting: Contribute to preparing clear, insightful risk updates and presentations for the team, highlighting operational and vendor risks.
- Compliance & Improvement: Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Technology to ensure risk processes comply with policies and regulations. Suggest improvements where you see opportunities.
- Cross-Team Integration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments—Finance, Operations, Information Security—to help embed risk awareness and controls into their daily work.
Requirements
- Graduate in Finance/Mathematics/Economics or similar qualification;
- Limited experience in the job activity is welcome
- Fluent in English, other language can be considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge of investment fund regulatory frameworkwould be considered as an asset;
- Ability to effectively communicate withall teams andall levels of the organization;
- Strong organizational and computer skills;
- Being team player with an ability to work independently.
