Step into the world of risk management as a Junior Risk Analyst, supporting the Group Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in delivering robust risk practices. Responsibilities

  • Risk Framework Support: Help maintain the Group’s risk registers and assist in risk assessments, ensuring everyday risk activities are aligned with company objectives.
  • Vendor Risk: Support the management of third-party vendor risks by helping with due diligence checks, tracking vendor compliance, and keeping records updated.
  • Audit Collaboration: Assist in coordinating with internal business units and external audit partners. Help gather information and follow up on audit recommendations, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
  • Risk Reporting: Contribute to preparing clear, insightful risk updates and presentations for the team, highlighting operational and vendor risks.
  • Compliance & Improvement: Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Technology to ensure risk processes comply with policies and regulations. Suggest improvements where you see opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Integration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments—Finance, Operations, Information Security—to help embed risk awareness and controls into their daily work.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Finance/Mathematics/Economics or similar qualification;
  • Limited experience in the job activity is welcome
  • Fluent in English, other language can be considered as an advantage;
  • Knowledge of investment fund regulatory frameworkwould be considered as an asset;
  • Ability to effectively communicate withall teams andall levels of the organization;
  • Strong organizational and computer skills;
  • Being team player with an ability to work independently.
