Junior Sales Management Specialist

Are you interested in business management, sales operations and working in an international environment? Do you enjoy organizing projects, coordinating with different teams and finding ways to make processes more efficient?

Huawei is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Management Specialist to support the daily operations and business activities of our office in Austria.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the daily operations of the Business Department

• Organize and support marketing activities

• Manage sales project opportunities

• Transaction Flow Digitalization Management

• Responsible for the quality, business process of Austria office

• Coordination of other departments and tasks as assigned by leaders

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduate (2026/2027/2028) with a degree in Business administration or similar

• Quality & Operation Management related work experience is a plus

• Fluency in English and German required, fluency in Chinese strongly preferred

• Proficient in computer operation and office software

• Strong communication and learning skills
