Junior Sales Manager

Noblewood Group is a privately owned production and global distribution business of super premium spirits headquartered in Montenegro. Our main brand is Beluga, among other luxury brands in the Noblewood portfolio.

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to support the expansion of our international Duty Free and travel retail business.

The main focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities, find and develop relationships with new customers, communicate with potential partners, and support the growth of sales through new accounts, including cruise lines, smaller travel retail operators, and regional distributors.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Travel Retail Department and will play an important role in expanding Noblewood’s customer base internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Actively search for new customers, distributors, and business partners within the international Duty Free, Travel Retail, and Cruise channels
  • Identify potential clients through market research, industry databases, professional networks, exhibitions, and other sources
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities and regularly follow up with potential customers
  • Initiate communication with prospective partners, introduce Noblewood brands, and arrange business discussions
  • Manage day-to-day communication with new customers and support the development of new business relationships
  • Handle inquiries and coordinate orders from new and smaller customers
  • Support the onboarding process of new clients, including preparation of commercial information, product presentations, and internal coordination
  • Develop relationships with cruise lines, cruise operators, onboard retailers, and related partners
  • Research new markets and identify opportunities for expanding Beluga and other Noblewood brands
  • Support the Head of Travel Retail Department with sales activities, customer meetings, and business development projects
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities, customer communication, and sales activities in internal reporting systems
  • Participate in international exhibitions and industry events to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or international business development.
  • Experience in FMCG, spirits, luxury goods, travel retail, hospitality, or cruise industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability and confidence to communicate with international customers and partners.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong interest in finding new opportunities.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple communication processes.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings and exhibitions.
