They are serving their customers in 17 different languages with a focus on IT Service Desk, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Reporting, IT Development and Project Management.
Now You can join as a Junior Sales Order Management Administrator (French Speaking)
Tasks:
- Manage the sales orders
- Examine customer orders, ensuring specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and all other requirements are flawless before processing
- Support escalations related to order blocks (e.g. credit limits, margin issues, export restrictions)
- Handle returns and issue credits according to service agreements
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. purchasing, sales, finance) to resolve order or billing issues
Requirements
- High level of English and French language skills
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, proactive and customer-focused attitude
