Your Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and engage with potential clients to build long-lasting partnerships.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Support the recruitment team by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (German knowledge is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience in cold calling and client acquisition is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for recruitment and sales, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
