Junior Sales Representative – Italian Speaking (Office-Based)

This is an office-based role where you will learn the ropes of sales in the iGaming industry, with full training and ongoing support from our experienced team.

Engage with potential and existing players in Italian to promote our online casino products and services.

Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business

Explain promotions, bonuses, and game features in a clear and engaging manner

Meet and exceed sales and retention targets

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – essential

Previous experience in the online casino industry is an advantage, but not mandatory

Strong communication and persuasion skills
