Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather business requirements, support Salesforce implementations, and contribute to the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and a good understanding of the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with business users to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Prepare process flows, documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support post-implementation activities and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Good understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirement gathering techniques.
- Experience creating functional specifications, process documentation, and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Agile or Scrum project delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Insurance industry.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and CRM best practices.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Business Analyst) will be an advantage.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Familiarity with business process modelling techniques.
